

8 oz. SeaSeald or James Island Crabmeat
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Optional: hot sauce
Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly. Add crabmeat. Gently fold in breadcrumbs. Shape by hand into cakes of desired size. Sauté in butter.
