

This recipe serves 8-10
1 lb. SeaSeald or James Island Crabmeat
8 oz. SeaSeald or James Island Crabmeat
8 oz. Swiss cheese, chopped
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs. flour
Few drops hot sauce, optional
1 pie pastry shell, store bought
or homemade
Pre-bake pie shell to package directions or make from scratch. Allow to cool. Pre-heat oven to 300ยบ F. Examine crab, discard any shell. Mix mayo, eggs, milk, flour. Blend well. Add crab, cheese, scallions, optional hot sauce. Pour into pie shell. Bake in oven 40-50 minutes. Remove, let sit 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
